He emphasizes the holistic approach to 3P - it is much more than 7 ways or scale cardboard models. The narrative style makes it an easy read. I am not sure that it is a standalone reference for launching 3P in your company - but it is a must read for anyone open to making a lean breakthrough using 3P.
