Good framework for strategizingBy kuhlThe first half of the book gives an excellent framework for the strategic process that can get you beyond just talking about it and all the way to execution. The second half is very redundant. The author keeps going over the same framework with different scenarios. I would suggest reading the first half, skipping forward to the section on facilitating a group, and skip the rest.
