The author doesn't seem to know where the nonlinearity lies in "Nonlinear Pricing". He sees it "everywhere". One wonders whether he even knows the difference between a linear and a nonlinear function, and if so why he seems to think that a Gaussian distribution pertains to "linear", and anything else to nonlinear.
