I love that the book is broad, deep, and academic and the fact that it's over 750 pages of real material, this is the real deal. I guess if there is one warning, it is so wide spread that you might not be able to apply many factors to your current work but just wait, most of the material will be relevant eventually.7 of 7About the AuthorNitin Nohria is Richard P.
