I would have liked to read more about what a person could do to stand out from the next. This is a highly competitive bureau to get into, as the book also states. Given how difficult it is, a chapter in what one could do to become more marketable would have given this book five stars.Regardless of that gap this book is helpful.About the AuthorThomas H.
