Introduces concepts but doesn't give enough details about them, you have to go online or research elsewhere. Also has an example test in the first chapter but the answer to some of the questions are no where to be found in the book, you have to search elsewhere again.I didn't find much use in the accompanying workbook they also offernbsp;"I have been a student of MR for many years, though always in non-technical positions as anbsp;professional marketer for products and services companies in the industrial space.
