Interesting but outdatedBy Carolyn JewelThere are some interesting ideas here, but the "case studies" are all outdated (from the 1990-2005 time period) so what is described here is only loosely relevant and much is just no longer applicable. The formatting of this book was an issue for me. It's a very poor quality conversion from print and, while readable, none of the links to website content are active links.
