Unfortunately, the title says it all. But most leaders aren't "in extremis" leaders, nor are they in "in extremis" leadership situations. Unfortunately, there's still too much emphasis on C2 (command and control) in the book. There's a time and a place for it, and Kolditz lays it out brilliantly.
