I found reading this for a class to be interesting. The idea behind the book is to pause before you react and by doing so it can change your life. It goes deeper than that but to the point thats the idea. I feel like there was a lot of repetition making this book a bit of a drag to read but non the less an interesting read. But paradoxically, Kevin Cashman contends that leaders today must not merely act more quickly but pause more deeply.
