I did find several good ideas, and have since used some of those with good results. Like another reviewer here, I found the comments about what not to do and mistakes to avoid helpful. But I had hoped for more. Like other reviews I've read elsewhere, I found the 21 list framework a bit gimmicky and distracting. Overall, it was worth the price, thou'A lovely book.'
