This book was very easy to read and followBy Stephen CookeJoe did a great job of not only reminding you of the obvious things that you probably DON'T already do, but he did a good job of adding new ideas to what you should be doing. I think the book was also worth the price you pay for it.The only downside for me was that I found it to be a little difficult to apply outside of what I would call the individual sales market.
