Poorly organized.By Daniel ToshThis book is lacking in details, non-anecdotal data to support theories, and an overarching methodology for how to go about smartly making real estate investments. It reads like a stream of "good ideas" that the author had and wrote down. It is completely void of an intelligent risk management strategy. The author repeatedly emphasizes that "there is no security". So just go to Vegas and put it all on red! Also, thThis book is a must have for any investor's library. As the president of our local Real Estate Investment Association (REIA), I read numerous books about investing some good, some not so good. Dan does a great job of cutting through the myths of investing in real estate and gets down to the nuts aFortune Magazine states, 97 out of 100 self-made millionaires made their fortunes through Real Estate Investing, and the next 10 years will be a Golden Era for the informed Real Estate Investor.
